SAFCO DIC & Spring Valley DIC

Two rooftop PV systems developed for leading food industry clients in Dubai Industrial City - SAFCO (407.22 kWp) and Spring Valley (500.96 kWp) - demonstrate how advanced monitoring and precise performance oversight translate into measurable gains.

Delivered in collaboration with Clenergizeas the O&M advisory partner, both projects were equipped with meteocontrol’s VCOM Monitoring platform, blue’Log data stations, and a comprehensive sensor package. This integrated monitoring approach enabled data-driven performance optimization, resulting in generation above expected benchmarks of +5% and +8%, respectively.

Since commissioning in 2023, both systems have maintained consistent operational reliability, reaffirming the value of robust monitoring and structured O&M advisory in enhancing long-term asset performance.
