Our colleagues working to fulfill their heart's desires
Another Click4Cash fundraising campaign was launched at the end of 2025. Once again, our goal was to support projects that are important to our colleagues.
Employees could nominate associations and organisations with which they have a personal connection. These associations could officially apply in November, before the voting phase began in December, when both the organisations themselves and our social media community could cast their votes.
And now the results are in:
The results are in.
Click4Cash 2025 has come to an end, and we would like to thank all the organizations, supporters, and colleagues for their strong participation.
A total of over 1,000 votes were cast. Four organizations came out on top in the voting and will receive a donation from the total of €5,000.

Acra Lui Noe
Lorenzo Fratelli, People & Culture
Seeing the stray dogs of Cluj receive kindness, safety, and a chance at life, touched me deeply. My role may be new, but my connection to this cause is profound. I chose to support this organization because their work restores hope - to the animals, but also to people like me who believe compassion can change the world
Arca lui Noe is a non-profit animal welfare organisation that takes care of retrieving stray dogs all over Romania and get them ready for adoption, by sterilization, cleaning, vaccination, treatment for diseases they may have while being strays, etc. The association is led by common people united by their passion for animals and their well being.
Aociatia Stea
Alin Trifu, Administration
Asociația Stea means a lot to me because its work is closely linked to my own life story. I met Cristina in 2023 and have been supporting her work on a pro bono basis ever since. Her work gives children from difficult backgrounds opportunities that have also shaped my life.
Stea empowers vulnerable children through education, socio-emotional learning, and inclusive activities. We help them stay in school, build confidence, and develop life skills so they can break the cycle of poverty, access decent jobs, and build a brighter future for themselves and their community.
Catfarm Education
Yassine Jedir, Commercial France
I’ve volunteered at Catfarm for several months over the past three years, mainly supporting the solar and electrical systems. It has been one of the most formative learning experiences of my life, showing me the real impact of renewable energy. I support Catfarm because it gives young volunteers from around the world a space to learn, experiment, and reimagine what future communities can look like.
Catfarm Education is a non-profit organisation in Southern France that combines social innovation, non-formal education, and sustainable living. Run by experienced youth workers, it empowers young people through creative learning methods, technology, and hands-on experiences. As an off-grid community and member of the European Ecovillage Network, Catfarm serves as a real-life laboratory for self-sufficiency, featuring solar-powered infrastructure, permaculture, agroforestry, compost systems, natural building, and low-tech DIY solutions made from reused materials. It offers a unique environment where learning, mindfulness, and ecological awareness come together.
RV Zobel e.V.
Elias Grundhöfer, C&I Solutions
During the coronavirus pandemic, some friends and I founded RV Zobel, a club that aims to counter the fierce competitive culture of our sport by focusing on the essentials. We want to make this approach accessible to socially disadvantaged people and dream of having a club mountain bike that can be loaned out to interested parties for excursions. Various training camps (or rather cycling holidays) and our club championship are the highlights of our season and show how important community and experiencing nature are to us.
The RV Zobel promotes social cohesion through joint mountain bike tours for all backgrounds and performance levels. The focus is on fun and team spirit—this creates an inclusive community and many friendships on and off the trails.
Schützenverein Stadtbergen e.V.
Ferdinand Rudingsdorfer, Products
I joined the club in 2020 and received a warm welcome and lots of support from the outset. Today, I am passing on my experience, whether it's related to training, equipment or athletic development. To me, the club demonstrates the power of sport shooting to create community and connect generations.
The club is a shooting sports association within the Bavarian Sport Shooters Association, focusing on Olympic disciplines. Regular training, participation in regional and national competitions, and the active promotion of young talent are all key features of club life. Traditional elements are cultivated, while the focus is also on modern, performance-oriented air gun shooting. The club brings together people of different ages, genders and backgrounds, offering them a sporting home.
Sportakrobatikverein Augsburg Hochzoll 1957 e.V.
Niklas Horn, Communications & Marketing
All three of our children have been members of the club for years, and it is incredibly important to us. It offers appropriate support for every age group and is run with tremendous passion. That's exactly why we are so happy to support it.
The Hochzoll sports acrobatics club has a particularly warm and lively atmosphere. Lots of children and laughter characterize the training, as well as a strong team spirit. Athletes learn everything from the acrobatic basics to impressive show elements. The club is highly professional yet always friendly and motivating. It is an ideal place for children and young people looking for a supportive environment that is fun and challenging.
Freundschaftskreis Kwetu Kenia e.V.
Peik Uhr, Technical Consulting
For four years, I was the honorary chairman of the German association Freundeskreis Kwetu Kenia e.V., which supports the project in Kenya with donations. There is also a family connection through the founder, Ulrike Neubert, who is a close friend of my aunt.
KWETU is a training center in Mombasa, Kenya, offering young Kenyans vocational programs that help them build a sustainable livelihood, including agriculture, beekeeping, fish farming, and the production of natural cosmetics. The project’s founder, Ulrike Neubert, received the German Federal Cross of Merit in 2021 for her dedicated work. The FSK-KWETU KENIA e.V. supports the initiative by raising funds and promoting awareness through talks and public outreach about KWETU’s impact in Kenya.
