FAQ
The training platform is a cloud-based solution on which training courses on meteocontrol products and solutions are offered. You can use the platform to book training courses or take part in them directly. You can also use it to manage your bookings and download your participation confirmations.
Classroom Training: Classroom training refers to on-site training with one of our trainers. The training takes place in small groups of up to 10 people in Augsburg or Berlin and usually lasts one to two days. Further information can be found on the training platform.
Online-Training: With our online training, you can take part in the training with one of our trainers remotely from anywhere. In order to ensure optimum learning success and to be able to respond to all participants' questions, the maximum number of participants is limited to 8 and the maximum training duration per day is 4 hours. A stable internet connection is required. Book your participation directly via the training platform.
E-Learning: With e-learning on our products, you can learn flexibly and at your own pace. The content is divided into individual modules so that you can learn all the content yourself step by step online and access what you have learned at any time.
On Demand Training: Do you need training with one of our experts that takes place at your location, online or on an individual date? Or do you need a training course that is tailored to your needs? We look forward to receiving your request via the training platform. To do so, select the VCOM or blue'Log course marked "On Demand" in the overview. This can be classroom training, i.e. on-site training, or online training that takes place remotely. Follow the instructions in the course description. Here you can also upload a file (.xls) with all desired participants. Send us your request by clicking on the "Request training" button. After checking your request, you will receive a confirmation from us via the specified e-mail. Please note that all persons for whom you have requested the training will then have to register on the training platform. This allows further communication, course successes and certificates to be provided individually and accessible to everyone.
Yes, we will continue to offer on-site training courses at our locations in Augsburg or Berlin. You can now book your participation via the training platform.
You can use the platform and navigation in German, English, Italian, Spanish, and French.
We currently offer classroom and online trainings in German and English. You can also access various e-learning content in Italian, Spanish and French.
You need a meteocontrol customer account to take part in our training courses. You can then register for the training platform here to create your account for the training platform. After registration, your data will be validated by our administrator. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email. In this e-mail you will also be asked to choose your password to complete the registration.
Then you can get started: Log in here, select the training course you would like to attend and book your place via the platform.

Once completed, you will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. In this e-mail you will also be asked to choose your password to complete your registration.
Then you can get started: to the login
The login details consist of the e-mail address you have provided and the password you have chosen.
Do you have a meteocontrol customer account, have you completed registration for the training platform and have your login details at hand? Then you can start browsing the training programme and select the course you are interested in. To register for the training course, click on "Registration".
Your booking will be confirmed immediately in the system. You will also receive an e-mail summarizing all the details of your booking. To add the booked date to your personal calendar, please use the .ics file that we provide you with via the platform and in the confirmation e-mail. If there are any changes after your booking, we will inform you by e-mail.
You can find your confirmation of participation or certificates on the learning platform in your personal profile in the section "Certificates".
You will automatically receive a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have entered in the system. Please also check your spam/junk folder if necessary. If you have any questions, please contact us at academy@meteocontrol.com.
