Zahid Business Park

At Zahid Business Park in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, a rooftop and carport PV system with an installed capacity of 1.51 MWp was implemented. It is expected to generate approximately 2.54 GWh of electricity annually, resulting in a calculated savings of 1,797 tCO₂/year. The installation contributes renewable energy directly to the site’s consumption. 

The project highlights its strategic advantages by operating under a Solar Leasing Model. This approach provides customers with a cost-effective path to adopting renewable energy without the need for upfront capital investment.

For Safeer, meteocontrol supported the project with VCOM Monitoring, data stations, sensors, and commissioning services to ensure precise monitoring and reliable system performance.
