Abu Dhabi, UAE – At the World Future Energy Summit (WFES) in the beginning of January, meteocontrol was presented with the Middle East Solar Industry Association (MESIA) Award. The company secured victory in the category “Regional Technology Provider (Balance of Systems – Mounting Structure),” thereby underlining its leading role in the renewable energy market in the Middle East.

The MESIA Award is considered one of the most important awards in the industry in the region. The fact that meteocontrol is on the winners' podium again this year, as it was last year, is a clear signal of the company's consistent growth strategy and technological excellence.
A strong sign of regional expertise
The award recognizes meteocontrol's long-standing commitment and innovative strength in providing world-leading monitoring and control solutions. The figures underpin this success: More than 2 GWp of installed capacity in the region is currently monitored by meteocontrol. This corresponds to approximately 4,500 systems that are already equipped with the company's hardware and software solutions.
A growing team of local experts ensures proximity to customers and tailor-made project support throughout the Middle East. Romain Routtier, Regional Manager AMEA, agrees: “This award confirms our passion for first-class technology and our close ties to the Middle East market. It motivates us to continue driving the expansion of renewable energies in the region with further digital innovations and local expertise.”
