A matter of collaboration and cyber security
Shared Assets in VCOM optimizes the way you collaborate and delegate O&M business processes across company boundaries. This feature enables seamless cooperation by allowing you to share system access for reporting, maintenance, and all other VCOM functionalities with external partners.
While expanding your operational reach, Shared Assets ensures you maintain full agency and transparency over your portfolio. By providing a clear framework for data control, the system allows you to delegate tasks efficiently without ever compromising the sovereignty of your data.
Your benefits
| Full control | No need for mc intervention: You can, on your own, share assets or revoke access if needed. |
| Full transparency |
Shared assets provide full transparency to our users:
|
| Access management | You decide, if the recipient should be able to access system details (data sources, KPI & Alarm settings, etc.) |
| Auditing | Check access whenever needed |
| Cyber security | Time-limited sharing ensures sharing stays in reasonable limits. Assets shared with others can not be passed onto further companies without your permission. |
Clear and concise
Shared assets allow you to share your systems in VCOM with other companies.
Easy setup
Setup the sharing with a compulsary end date & permission configuration.
