Functionality
This compact and cost-effective monitoring and control unit is suitable for PV systems in the 1 to 15 kWp power class and up to three inverters. The datalogger in particular scores points with its easy configuration and startup. With an intelligent algorithm the WEB-log Residential identifies faults during operation and alerts the operator acoustically or with an optical signal. Via the integrated ZigBee interface, system data such as generated power and fault status can be sent wireless up to 100 meters between the monitoring device and the inverter to a PC, laptop or a display. Faults can be read out directly from the alarm unit via USB with a PC. A gateway unit enables the evaluation and analysis of the operating data in the convenient safer’Sun Professional Internet portal.
